I'm Tanya,
I Help big-hearted Over-Givers to MASTER THEIR TIME AND ENERGY whilst increasing their wellbeing and resilience SO THEY can START BOSSING LIFE & BUSINESS.

It’s so easy to get stuck in the same old pattern of helping everyone else before you. Trust me I did this for years – I was a master at this!

It only started to change when I nearly died for the second time. In hospital, I realised I had to start doing something differently or nothing would change.

I started by taking back control of my day by creating a morning and evening routine. Sounds easy right? It’s not as simple as that, especially if your default position is to always put everyone else first before you.

I learnt how to get out of my head and teach my body to relax whilst overcoming years of excess worrying, low self-esteem and people-pleasing. I got comfortable with saying ‘No’ without feeling guilty, so I had the time and energy to work on what mattered to me. It transformed my life, and I am on a mission to help other over-givers to do the same! 

The first step on the journey of transforming your life from over-giving to living is creating your morning and evening routine. My aim for you is that it becomes more than just a daily routine – it becomes a ritual for you, so you choose every day to make yourself a priority in your life.
